Concept and Design Planning

Diamond Events is happy to help with your concepts and design. The fee structure for this assistance varies depending on the amount of support required however, in general this fee would be 10% of your overall budget or a $75/hour charge if it is a smaller project.

Complete Event Management

If you would like to have Diamond Events manage your event in its entirety, the fee is generally 15-20% of your overall event budget. This fee structure works well because as a percentage, it adjusts accordingly for a higher budget events, which would require more time and resources. One of the key benefits to this package is that we have vendor and industry deals that cut event costs drastically and you will find that you have everything you wanted in your budget, with the added bonus of us taking on the stress.

Day-of Coordinator

Have you already done all the planning and design but would like someone to manage all the details on your event day? Then this package is right for you! A day-of event coordinator will make sure all the plans you made happen on time and is there manage any last minute troubleshooting or issues that arise to ensure you can focus on the main event. This package includes a pre-event meeting to pass on all the details, vendor contact information and payments to be distributed day of. Then the event coordinator will put together a schedule for your event day and ensure all actions happen on time. This package can range from $500-$1500 depending on the size of the event and its requirements.

Script Writing and Support

All our Script Writing and Support packages offer a complimentary 1 hour key messages planning meeting. Our writers then charge $150/hour and then provide 2 edited versions free of charge. The writer will typically have a couple questions throughout the process and will check in to ensure tone and language are right before going too far into the script.

Public and Media Relations

Public and Media Relations packages range from about $75/hour to $150/hour depending on the requirements and how much writing is involved.
